Shipping

 

  • Our AMN sweatsuits will be a pre-order shipping times will be 5-8 weeks.
  • Our future drops will ALL BE ON HAND with shipping taking (3-7 days) depending on the costumer location.
  • Our boxy paperchasin tees and Rosary’s tees will be a preorder 

 

How does pre-orders work?


  • Production for bulk order will start once pre-orders are not available anymore 
  • After the bulk order arrives at our warehouse (3-5 weeks), we will ship out the packages accordingly.
  • After we have shipped the items from our warehouse, the customer will be provided with a tracking number and dependent on the customer's location, shipping takes 2-4 weeks).

 

SIZING

 

  • All sizing is true to size from hoodies to sweats. If you're looking for a cropped hoodie, we recommend sizing down one time
  • If you have further questions/recommendations for your size, please send us a direct message on Instagram @amn.brand
  • Both tees true to size 

 

 Refunds/Returns

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for this specific time period. However, if the customer believes that the item that they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please follow the instructions down below. 


1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

2. To start a return, you can contact us at amnofficialbrand@gmail.com with the reasoning of the return and the information provided above.

3. We will review the reasoning and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
- If the item is not in the same condition as received, returns are not permitted. 

- If the item was not defected, damaged, etc.

- If the customer sends the item back without fulfilling the return process.

 

Cancellations for pre-orders

 

- During the pre-order period, if the customer would like to cancel his/her order for their personal reasons, please contact us at amnofficialbrand@gmail.com or on Instagram at amn.brand

- However, once the inventory arrives and the shipping label is created, the customer will not be able to cancel their order.

  

Shipping provider

 

- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE CARRIER.

- MEANING IF A ORDER IS LOST PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER.

 

Once a refund is accepted

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at amnofficialbrand@gmail.com
